Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the lemon and herb mixture over the salmon.

  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Serve with steamed vegetables and whole-grain rice.
