Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 coconut sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I like to use unsweetened)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).

  2. Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl under well-mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Form 12 balls of cookie dough with your hands and place them on the parchment paper.

  5. Press lightly on each dough using your palm to form a cookie shape.

  6. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
