High-Protein Passion Fruit Smoothie

Three goods reasons to eat passion fruits are:

  1. Enhance digestion

  2. Boost immune function

  3. Improve eye and skin health

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen passion fruits or 2 fresh

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cup (140 grams) Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) almond milk

  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla whey protein powder

  • 3/4 cup (100 grams) raspberries

Steps

  1. Halve the passion fruits and scoop the pulp into a high-speed blender. Add the bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder, and blitz until smooth.

  2. Mash the raspberries with a fork.

  3. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses, then add the raspberry puree. Serve immediately.
