Body Scan Meditation

Body Scan Meditation ~ How To:

  • Lie down on your back in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

  • Start by bringing your attention to your toes. Notice any sensations or tension in your toes, then slowly move your awareness up through your feet, ankles, calves, and so on, scanning your entire body.

  • Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and allow them to relax.

  • Practice this for 10-15 minutes.
