Brown Rice

I love the nutty taste of brown rice. My favorite type is the round-grained version because of its chewy texture. They take a bit longer to cook than white rice because they haven’t totally been processed and stripped of their nutritious part, the bran, and germ.

When cutting down my body fat percentage, brown rice was a staple in my meals, replacing white rice.
