Salmon and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
4 ounces grilled or baked salmon fillet
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.
Flake the salmon into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
