Soothing Lemongrass Chamomile Tea
This tea is perfect for helping you relax into a good night's sleep, as both lemongrass and chamomile contain compounds that may help to induce sleep.
Ingredients
4 teaspoon dried chamomile leaves
1 lemongrass stalk, crushed to release flavor
24 ounces spring water
maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Steps
Bring chamomile, lemongrass, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Turn off the heat.
Pour into a teapot and let steep for eight minutes.
Stain into a teacup and enjoy.
