Soothing Lemongrass Chamomile Tea

This tea is perfect for helping you relax into a good night's sleep, as both lemongrass and chamomile contain compounds that may help to induce sleep.

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon dried chamomile leaves

  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed to release flavor

  • 24 ounces spring water

  • maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring chamomile, lemongrass, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

  2. Turn off the heat.

  3. Pour into a teapot and let steep for eight minutes.

  4. Stain into a teacup and enjoy.
