The Blender: My Secret Weapon in the Kitchen

My journey into holistic health and nutrition in 2010 led me to my first and most cherished investment in healthy meal-prepping - a blender. It has proven to be the best decision I've ever made!

Fast-forward to 2024, and this same blender continues to be an integral part of my kitchen. It does everything from whipping up smoothies and soups to making nut milk and nut butter. I even use it for creating my natural skincare products, although I ensure to use a dedicated container for that purpose.
