Blueberry and Walnut Overnight Oats

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that help protect the brain from oxidative stress and inflammation. Walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids essential for brain health and cognitive function.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Steps

  1. In a jar or container, combine the oats and almond milk.

  2. Stir in the blueberries and walnuts.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!
