Brussels Sprouts

One of my favorite ways to cook Brussels sprouts is by roasting them with extra-virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt, freshly cracked black peppers, and crushed garlic.

Highlighted Benefits

Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory

Like broccoli, Brussels sprouts are similar in nutrition. They are rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene, essential for healthy skin, and antioxidant vitamin C, which can help protect the skin from oxidative stress from exposure to the sun and environment. They also contain potassium, thiamine, fiber, and vitamins K and C.
