Nutty Macadamia Power Bites

These macadamia nut protein bites are delicious and packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber to help keep you satisfied and energized. Enjoy them as a convenient and nutritious snack to support your weight management goals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until they are finely chopped but not completely ground. Set aside.

  2. Combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, shredded coconut, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Add the chopped macadamia nuts to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands.

  6. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to set.

  7. Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
