Spinach

I love spinach! This vegetable can help keep your skin beautiful and your brain healthy simultaneously, so don’t forget to add them to your daily diet. It’s easy to benefit from their nutrients by adding them to your eggs to make an omelet for breakfast, into a salad, soup, and stir-fry for lunch, or sautee them as a side dish for dinner. You can also make one of my favorite snacks, spinach pie, or add them to pre or post-workout smoothies; the option for spinach is endless.
