Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.

  5. Serve as a side dish or add it to salads or grain bowls.
